Lots and Lots of snow!

We couldn't believe it when we woke up this morning to find lots and lots of snow. Daddy reckoned it was at least a foot deep. Once Maddie had gone for her morning sleep we all got dressed up and went out to play. Mummy was a bit concerned I would get cold so I had a vest, jumper, all in one snow suit and then my waterproof all in one suit on, as well as hat, scarf and mittens. I love my Thomas the Tank wellies but find it a bit difficult to walk in them. I enjoyed being outside although I did find it hard wading through the snow.

Harry's new hat

Mummy bought Harry a new hat at the weekend ready for EuroDisney, but I took a fancy to it (which is unlike me as I don't usually "do" hats!)

Playing in the boot!

Last week Daddy took all the seats out of our car as he was moving some stuff about. Mummy wanted me out of the way for 5 minutes so she put my coat on and I played in the empty car with Daddy! It was great fun.

A booster chair

Nanny bought over the booster chair she had at her house from when Harry used to use it. So now, I can sit up at the table instead of in my high chair to eat some meals. (Mummy needs to work out a way to strap me in safely though, so I can only sit in it when everyone else is sitting at the table as well!)

A walk in the buggy!

Nanny came over last week and looked after me whilst I was sleeping so that Mummy could take Maddie to baby clinic. Once I woke up and Mummy was back we decided to go for a walk in the buggies as it was such a nice afternoon. Nanny pushed me and I was quite happy to look around the estate eating my biscuit! Maddie wasn't quite so content!

Nanny's doors!

Nanny and Grandad have got glass, see through doors in their lounge. No matter how many times Nanny cleans them I always like to look through them and squash my face up to the glass. This drives Nanny mad as she then has to clean them again!

Swimming

Daddy took Harry and I swimming a couple of weeks ago at the Aldershot pool and I loved it! Hopefully we will go a bit more regularly once the weather gets a bit better!

I like to climb!

Leave anything near a surface and I will climb onto it! Chairs, tables, walkers I'm not fussy!

Another possession issue!

Mummy has got the walker out for Maddie. However since I only finished using this a few months ago, I remember it well and I wanted to get back in it and play for old times sake!!

Snowy morning!

We had some snow at the beginning of January (which compared to the snow we had today was practically nothing - see later posts for pictures!). Mummy and Harry got very excited and they even dressed me up so I could go out and pose with the dusting of snow!

Crazy hair again!

Here I am in the bath with a shampoo punk hair style!

Bedtime!

Now that Mummy works a couple of evenings a week, Daddy has got a nice bedtime routine all sorted! We all get ready for bed, and then all chill drinking our bottles watching the Night Garden! I am then all sleepy and ready to go to bed!

I want to play the DS!

Harry seems to spend ages and ages playing games on his Nintendo DS. So much so that he sometimes ignores me when I want to play with him! So in order to get his attention I figured I need to take the DS!

Smartie Pants!

Mummy took advantage of Woolworths closing down and got me this very smart shirt and tie! Harry didn't want to be left out so he wore his shirt and tie as well on Christmas Day!
Don't we look smart!

Our Christmas stockings!

After opening all our Christmas presents upstairs, we came downstairs to discover Santa had left us each a stocking downstairs by the chimney! More fun things to play with!

Christmas Morning!

Harry and I didn't wake up until 7.40am on Christmas morning, which Mummy and Daddy seemed very pleased about! I then discovered Father Christmas had left me a huge sack of presents. I didn't really get too involved in the actual opening of the presents, I was much more interested what was inside. I got lots of fun things including a wheel barrow and lawn mower for the garden. We all had tea and biscuits upstairs and Harry and I played with some of our new toys!

Christmas Parties!

We had a very busy build up to Christmas - what with all the Toddler group Christmas parties! At the Monday group party they had a small bouncy castle. I have never been on one of these before and I loved it! I think I stayed on the bouncy castle for nearly an hour! Mummy was lucky as Daddy was home so she didn't have to bring Maddie to the party and so was able to concentrate just on me and take some photos! I loved sitting at the table and having a party lunch as well! We even got a chocolate snowman to take home as a present (don't remember eating it though, perhaps Mummy helped me!).
The Wednesday group party was good fun as well, we said goodbye to Pat (the lady who runs the group as she is moving away) and we did some singing and Pat told us the nativity story with puppets. (Not sure I was supposed to move the puppets during the story but it was fun!). Another party lunch and then we were invited to watch the pre-school Christmas play in the Church. However, Maddie was getting a bit wriggly and I was wanting to get up on stage and join in so Mummy decided to take us home! We got a lovely cloth navitity scene bag to take home as a present.
