The naughty step!

Today, I wasn't a very good boy! Maddie and I were both trying to play with our new V Tech table Clare gave us. Maddie is now pulling herself up, but isn't very steady, so when she grabbed something I wanted, I pushed her over and she hit her head on the side of the table. (She has a nice blue bruise on her forehead now!)
Mummy was very cross with me, and she took me to the Naughty Step (our bottom stair) and made me sit there for about 1 minute. I tried to get off once, but Mummy put me straight back on it! I was upset because I knew Mummy was cross with me. When Mummy said I could get off the step, I had to give Maddie a cuddle to say sorry.
I hope I don't have to sit on the Naughty Step too often - it's no fun!

A new table and chairs - and a bit of a disaster!

Ages ago now, Mummy bought a new table and chairs for the garden. I had great fun playing on it, and since it was such a nice sunny afternoon, Mummy and decided we would have an impromptu barbeque!
Daddy did all the cooking whilst Mummy cooked the potatoes and prepared the salad. Harry bought out the knives and forks and I got comfy sitting at my new table to eat my tea when disaster stuck! I fell backwards and split my head open on the row of bricks between the patio and the grass.
Blood poured everywhere and it was a very deep cut so Mummy and Daddy decided to take me up to Frimley Park. Nanny and Grandad rushed round to look after Harry and Maddie (Nanny Peggy supervised until they got here) and Mummy sat in the back of the car with me to make sure I didn't fall asleep (which I nearly did, scaring Mummy!)
When we got to Frimley we went to the Children's A and E department. I perked up no end when I saw all the toys they had for me to play with! I especially liked the toy kitchen! The lady doctor looked at my head and said it needed gluing back together, since she didn't think it would go back together on it's own! I wasn't very happy whilst the glue was applied, but luckily that only lasted a few seconds and then we got to go home.
Mummy and Daddy were very impressed that we had only been gone less than 2 hours, considering how busy the A and E department was. When I got home I showed my head to Harry and Nanny and Grandad and Nanny Peggy, who said I was very brave!

Cry baby!

I am getting very attached to Mummy now and if she goes somewhere without me (like to take Harry to school and I stay at home with Daddy!) I get very cross!

I can be a grump sometimes!

I think this picture sums up my grumpy mood!

A visit to the Farm

In the Easter holidays, we went to Bockett's Farm near Leatherhead. As well as our family, Marie, Charlie, Lisa, Abbie and Charlie came too.
We were really lucky with the weather and were able to eat our picnic outside.
I loved the play area and the toy cars and tractors they had.
I was also very interested in all the animals. We got to touch a rabbit and a lamb. I wasn't scared at all and I also liked watching the pigs and piglets!

Alice Holt Forest

In the Easter holidays, Mummy and Daddy took us to Alice Holt Forest. Nanny Peggy came as well!
We had a fantastic time running round the trail and playing on all the equipment. It was nice to have a rest in my buggy every now and again as well! I was very adventurous and tried lots of climbing and balancing and getting over rope bridges! They also had a huge play area filled with wooden play houses! I was worn out by the time we came home!

Sitting at the table!

Now that Maddie is bigger, she needs my high chair, so I have been promoted to sitting at the big table to eat me meals! I use my booster seat, and manage to make lots of mess, but I do feel like a big boy now!

Finding Easter Eggs!

On Easter Sunday everyone came round our house for an Easter Egg Hunt. Harry was very keen and was able to read all the labels the Easter Bunny had put on, so he knew who's egg was whos! I slightly missed the point of looking for the eggs, but I enjoyed running around the garden with Abbie and Charlie!
I also liked eating the chocolate afterwards!
